Origins Company Name

1.Hewlett-Packard
Founder of Hewlett-Packard, Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard had argued to give the name of the company, would be Hewlett-Packard or Packard-
Hewlett. Finally they both raffle with a coin.

2.Google
Duo founders, Larry Page and Sergey, originally named the company 'Googol', which refers to the number 10 ^ 100. Two students who drop out of their Ph.D. program at Stanford's, named it so, to symbolize their website ranking algorithms project, as a project that will involve the most massive data. But while seeking investors and meet with one of Sun's founders, Andy Bechtolsheim, a 'Googol' written into 'Google' to better behavior.

3.Yahoo
The company name was selected by Jerry Yang and David Filo, which stands for 'Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle'. It was unclear whether the 'Officious Oracle' referred to is the previous Oracle projects that could be done by Larry Ellison and Bob Oats. 3.Water Cutter
